TSP Core is a market-data analytics platform. Nothing on the site, in the dashboard, in an email, or in any other communication from us constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. Visualisations, indicator outputs, detected events, classifications and alerts are presented as informational and educational tools. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, hold or take any other action on any financial instrument.

Trading involves risk

Markets are volatile. Past price action is not a reliable indicator of future results. Leveraged products — including USDT-margined perpetual futures — can rapidly lose some or all of your collateral and may involve additional costs, fees, funding payments or liquidation risk. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose, and consult a licensed financial advisor in your jurisdiction before opening positions based on any analytics.

Data sources & latency

Market data is pulled directly from the originating exchanges (currently Binance Spot). Although we make reasonable efforts to deliver timely, accurate data, exchange feeds can lag, drop, correct historical values, or be paused entirely without notice. We do not guarantee data accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. Always cross-check consequential decisions against the exchange's own UI.

Analytics limitations

Order-flow analytics — including footprint, CVD, volume profile, liquidity zones, impulse detection and DOM classification — are statistical approximations of underlying market activity. Detector thresholds are configurable and imperfect. False positives and false negatives are normal. Treat every detected event as an observation, not a fact.

Conflicts of interest

The TSP Core team may personally hold positions in the assets shown on the platform. We do not run a proprietary trading desk that uses TSP Core data, and we do not receive payment for surfacing any particular venue, symbol, or strategy. Should this ever change, we will update this section.

Jurisdiction

TSP Core is not registered with any financial regulator. We are an analytics platform, not a broker, exchange or asset manager. Crypto-asset trading may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction; complying with local law is your responsibility.

No solicitation

Access to TSP Core is open to anyone who can register, but nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, derivative, or other financial instrument. Where local law restricts such offers, we make none.

Sanctions & export controls

You agree not to use TSP Core if you are located in, or are a national or resident of, any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions/embargoes (currently including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea/DNR/LNR regions of Ukraine), or if you appear on any government denied-party or sanctions list. We may suspend accounts that violate these restrictions.
