Refund Policy
Effective 2026-05-13. Applies to all TSP Core paid plans (Early Pro and Early Pro+).
This document is provided in English. The English version is the official and legally binding version; any translations are for convenience only — in case of conflict the English version prevails.
14-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original charge, for any reason. No questions, no forms to fill out beyond confirming the order. This matches the EU Consumer Rights Directive's standard cooling-off window for digital services and is offered to every customer worldwide on the same terms.
Early Pro — monthly subscription
- Within 14 days of a charge — full refund of that charge. Access continues until the period end, then drops to Free.
- After 14 days — no prorated refund on the current month. Cancel any time from the Customer Portal; you keep access until the period end, then drop to Free with no future charges.
- Cancellation — open Billing in the dashboard → "Manage subscription" → "Cancel subscription". Or email [email protected].
Early Pro+ — one-time, 1-year access
- Within 14 days of purchase — full refund. Access is removed; you drop back to Free.
- After 14 days — no refund. The 1-year access is fixed and non-prorated; this is reflected in the discounted price. You keep full access until the 12-month window closes, then drop to Free.
How to request a refund
Easiest path: open Billing in the dashboard, click "Manage subscription", and use the refund option in the Customer Portal. Or email [email protected] with your order number (in the receipt) — we respond within one business day.
How long the refund takes
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Card refunds typically settle within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. The refund is processed by our payment provider (Paddle); we cannot accelerate the bank's clearing window.
Exceptions
- Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us, we forfeit the right to issue a friendly refund — the dispute proceeds through your card network and may take 60+ days to resolve. Email us first; it's faster.
- Abuse. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where we observe fraudulent or abusive behaviour (e.g. repeated purchase/refund cycles, attempts to game the Early Pro+ cap).
