14-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original charge, for any reason. No questions, no forms to fill out beyond confirming the order. This matches the EU Consumer Rights Directive's standard cooling-off window for digital services and is offered to every customer worldwide on the same terms.

How to request a refund

Easiest path: open Billing in the dashboard, click "Manage subscription", and use the refund option in the Customer Portal. Or email [email protected] with your order number (in the receipt) — we respond within one business day.

How long the refund takes

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Card refunds typically settle within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. The refund is processed by our payment provider (Paddle); we cannot accelerate the bank's clearing window.
